In 1991 Bob Gabor became co-owner of Ridge Training, Inc. As an owner he sat on Ridge’s board of directors and focused on long-term planning. On a daily basis, he focused his efforts on customer retention and new business development.
Recently, Mr. Gabor sold his interest in Ridge and is now an independent consultant and certified business coach. His focus is employee development and executive coaching.
Mr. Gabor works in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, hi-tech, insurance, utilities, and finance. He trains and coaches supervisors, managers, and individual contributors. He also works with corporate trainers, sales professionals, and customer service personnel. Some of his previous clients include AOL, Autodesk, Chevron, Citibank, Corning Incorporated, Carrier Corporation, Genentech, Goodyear, Kodak, Mobil, Pfizer, Toys R Us, UBS, United Health Group, and Wegmans.
Bob earned an M.B.A. from Northeastern University and a B.A. from Denison University. In addition, he is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, Society for Human Resource Managers, Central New York Sales and Marketing Executives and the Association of MBA Executives. Bob is also a member of the Delta Chi National Fraternity.
Bob lives in Cazenovia, NY with his wife Molly and their four children.
