Robert Weil is a Life, Career and Executive Coach and one of the founders of the Institute for Coaching.


Robert is an entrepreneur at heart and spent the first part of his career working in small to medium sized entrepreneurial companies. He was one of a few executives who grew a direct marketing services company from infancy to $200 Million in revenues servicing big brands such as AT&T Wireless and DIRECTV. He is an expert in most matters related to business and marketing. He then went on to create a fitness venture with the founder of Crunch Gyms to create customized personal training workout videos. And now Robert is the business manager and President of the Institute for Coaching as well as one of our most senior and respected coaches.


Robert’s favorite areas to focus on with people are anything related to building and growing a business, managing money and finances, falling in love, communication, honoring oneself and creating a full and fulfilled life in all areas.
