Meet Some of Our Coaches
With over ten years of coaching and training, Meredith Haberfeld is co-founder of IFC (Institute for Coaching), and prior to that Meredith was a Senior Vice President of Paradigm Direct, a $200 Million Dollar marketing services firm, managing a team of over 60 employees. Her business background makes her especially effective in working with entrepreneurs, executives and their teams.
Randi Raskin Nash has over 20 years experience in management at the Fortune 500 level. She earned her certification as a Professional Coach through the International Coach Academy. She combines a diverse and successful business background with extensive coaching, communication, and facilitation experience. She respects and acknowledges the many vital aspects that make up our lives and takes a “whole you” approach to her work. Randi brings a unique combination of skills, experience, and “know how” to coaching, providing clients with a thought-provoking, substantive, and practical process to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Paul Zeven is the former CEO of Philips Electronics North America. During his 40-year career he coached and guided approximately 100 executives, enabling them to enhance their leadership skills and take significant strides in their career paths. In addition, he has been a presenter and moderator for several Leadership courses at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Dr. Miriam Reiss has twenty five years experience as corporate marketing director, consultant/facilitator, and career transition expert for wide range of businesses and industries from financial services and health care to non-profit. Received Executive Management Program Certificate (MBA equivalent for executive leaders) from Boston University. Highly trained specialist in marketing, human behavior and communications, leadership development, teambuilding, and organizational transition.
Dr. Seth Kauffman earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Since that time, he has earned both Career Coach and Life Coach Certifications from the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, as well as additional career coach training at New York University and the Mentor Coach Institute in Bethesda, Maryland. He has been coaching successful professionals to craft the career which is a perfect fit for them.
